Spicy Thai Noodle Bowl is full of many natural chemicals from the broccoli that we are still learning about. Implementing it into any diet is a must.

 1 lb pack soba noodles
 4 cups broccoli
 2 cups snow peas,
 2 cups green onions, diced
For the Peanut Sause
 3 tsp toasted sesame oil
 2 tbsp rice vinegar
 ¼ cup gluten-free tamari
  cup natural peanut butter
 ½ cup water
 2 tbsp sriracha or other chili sauce

First, cook the noodles according to the package directions.

Chop the broccoli and add them when a minute of cooking is left from the noodles.

Remove them from the heat and drain the noodles and broccoli and rinse with cold water.

In a small pan over medium-low heat, combine the rice vinegar, sesame oil, and tamari for 1 minute to prepare the peanut sauce.

In a large serving bowl add the snow peas, the soba noodles, broccoli, and green onions.

Remove the spicy peanut sauce from the heat and add it to the bowl and mix well.
