Spicy Thai Noodle Bowl combines many powerful veggies like broccoli, peas, onion. Broccoli are very important veggie for our health but many people still ignore it. One cup of broccoli has as much vitamin C as an orange. Broccoli can make you feel full and are good for your brain as well.
Spicy Thai Noodle Bowl is full of many natural chemicals from the broccoli that we are still learning about. Implementing it into any diet is a must.
First, cook the noodles according to the package directions.
Chop the broccoli and add them when a minute of cooking is left from the noodles.
Remove them from the heat and drain the noodles and broccoli and rinse with cold water.
In a small pan over medium-low heat, combine the rice vinegar, sesame oil, and tamari for 1 minute to prepare the peanut sauce.
In a large serving bowl add the snow peas, the soba noodles, broccoli, and green onions.
Remove the spicy peanut sauce from the heat and add it to the bowl and mix well.
