Stir in the sugar, then incorporate the oil and melted chocolate, followed by the flour and baking powder and mint extract, as well as a pinch of salt
Grease a small cake pan with oil and pour in the chocolate batter.
Cook in a preheated oven at 350F for 30-40 minutes.
