 1 orange
 5 ½ cups red seedless grapes
 ¼ cup fresh blueberries
 ½ cup fresh chopped pineapple
 2 cups fresh strawberries
 3 kiwi fruit
 2 fresh bananas (optional)
For the Dressing
 1 tbsp honey
 1 zest and juice of one orange
 1 tbsp lime juice

Use a large serving bowl and place all the fruit in.

Use a small bowl, add the dressing ingredients and whisk together. Pour the dressing over the fruit and mix with a salad spoon.
