This Carrot Salad Recipe is easy to be made and is full of healthy vitamins. Carrots are famously known for their ability to improve and protect eyesight, but not so many people know that carrots can act as nature’s toothbrush. Carrots are very good for your skin too.

 6 medium carrots
 2 tbsp oil of choice (olive, coconut, walnut, avocado or other)
 1 tbsp vinegar (apple cider or even coconut vinegar or other)
 2 tsp mustard (Dijon or other mild mustard)
 sea salt
 2 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
 ground fresh pepper

First, add dressing ingredients to a jar, close it and shake it to combine.

You can taste and adjust your seasonings as desired.

Just like you are making spiral zucchini spaghetti, the same way prepare the spiral carrots.

Add the spiral carrots to a bowl and mix it with the dressing.

If the vinegar taste is too strong you can add a little bit of honey.
