These vegan power balls are very healthy and at the same time a quick and easy snack to make.
Toss the dates into a food processor and chop them.
Add the cashew nuts, coconut flakes, and maple syrup and process until the mixture becomes nice and sticky.
Pour the coarse grain salt into a medium-size platter.
Using your slightly moistened hands, form bits of the gooey mixture into about 24 balls.
Dunk the balls into the salt and roll them until they become completely covered.
Transfer the balls into an airtight container and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
