 1 cup mashed bananas
 ½ cup brown sugar
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 ½ tsp baking powder
 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  cup soy milk
 1 pinch of salt
 1 ¼ cups whole wheat flour
 1 tsp baking soda
 4 tbsp cocoa powder
 6 tbsp hot water

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside

In a bowl, mix together the bananas, sugar, vanilla, oil and soy milk

In another bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking soda and powder, as well as a pinch of salt.

Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Divide the batter into two equal parts. In one part, mix 3 tablespoons of water and, in the other, besides the 3 tablespoons of water, add the cocoa powder as well.

Pour the batters into your prepared pan, one at a time, then marble the mixture with a skewer.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 30-40 minutes.

Serve cold with a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
