 ½ cup frozen blueberries
 1 cup frozen sliced bananas
 1 tbsp almond, cashew, or peanut butter
 1 tbsp hemp seed nut butter
 3 tbsp brown rice protein powder

Combine into a blender all the ingredients and purée until smooth.
