Roasted Red Pepper Romesco Sauce is quick, healthy and full of flavor sauce. Romesco sauce is an incredibly simple sauce that originated in Spain and typically you use roasted tomatoes, but in this recipe are using roasted red peppers instead.

 1 cup almonds
 7 oz jar roasted red peppers, drained
 1 clove garlic
 3 roma tomatoes, deseeded
 ¼ cup red wine vinegar
 2 tbsp olive oil
 2 tsp salt
 2 tsp pepper
 2 tsp dried basil

Use can use either a blender or food processor and blend all ingredients in until completely smooth.

You can adjust the taste and spices as desired.

You can use it as a dip or on toast.
