Garlic Lemon Honey Tea

Garlic has many health benefits, but you have to be careful to do not overuse to your diet, which can lead to bloating, upset stomach, diarrhea, bad breath and body odor.

 honey to taste
 lemon to taste
 3 cups water
 4 cloves of garlic, halved

In a medium saucepan put water and add garlic.

After bringing to a boil, simmer for about 3 – 5 minutes. Simmer for longer to make a stronger tea.

Remove from heat, add lemon juice and honey.

Sip ½ cup, three times per day and the rest you can refrigerate for 3 – 5 days.
