A bright, refreshing vegan fruit salad perfect for breakfast, snacks, potlucks, or summer gatherings.
For the Fruit:
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
1 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
1 mango, diced
1 cup fresh chopped pineapple
1 apple, cubed
1 fresh bananas (optional)
For the Honey Orange Dressing:
2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
1 tsp orange zest
3 tbsp fresh orange juice
1 tsp lime juice (optional)

Use a large serving bowl and place all the fruit in.

Wash and dry all fruit thoroughly.

Cut fruit into evenly sized pieces.

In a small bowl, whisk orange juice, zest, honey, and lemon juice.

Pour dressing over fruit.
