This guacamole recipe is easy and simple to make and tastes great with everything.

 ¼ cup finely diced purple onion
 3 ripe avocados with removed skins and pits
 ½ diced jalapeƱo pepper with seeds removed
 3 tbsp lime juice
 2 tbsp cilantro, fine chopped
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp salt

In a large bowl, mash the avocado using a sturdy fork or potato masher.

Then add in the remaining ingredients and stir well.

Taste and season with more salt if desired.
